Concentration Challenge

Part 2
The Weekly Training
Mondays 18:30–19:30 PM
24 March–14 April 2025
Wednesdays 18:30–20:00 PM
26 March–16 April 2025 with Gen Kelsang Devi

Concentration and focus are essential for a happy and fulfilling life. Without the ability to consciously direct our mind toward peaceful and positive states, we can easily be overwhelmed by worries, dissatisfaction, and distractions.

After the starter retreat, we continue to build our concentration and mindfulness through a weekly and regular practice with a four-week meditation series. Each session is designed to gradually deepen your ability to focus and stay present. It provides the necessary support and structure to integrate these practices sustainably into your daily life. The weekly sessions can be attended either on Monday or Wednesday, allowing you to choose the time that best fits your schedule.

The Benefits of This Concentration Challenge:

  • Enhanced Concentration and Mindfulness
  • Deeper Inner Peace and Calmness
  • More Positive Emotions in Daily Life
Registration is required for each part. Participation at the Meditation Challenge is possible as a whole or in parts.
