The teacher
The monk Gen Kelsang Gyalchog has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of the venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche since 1993. He served as the center teacher for many years at the Nalanda Center in Lucerne as well as at the Menla Center in Locarno. Thanks to his extensive experience, he excels at imparting meditation and contemporary Buddhism in a grounded yet approachable manner.
He serves as an example of how it is possible to combine the spiritual life of a Buddhist monk with a modern lifestyle.
