Finding Inner peace

If the restlessness of distracting thoughts decreases through meditation, our mind comes to rest, then deep happiness and contentment arises naturally within us. This state of contentment and well-being helps us to deal with the busyness and the difficulties of everyday life.

Stress reduction

A large part of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind. Many of our problems, especially health problems, are caused or intensified by this stress. We can already reduce this stress by a daily breathing meditation of only ten to fifteen minutes.
